Nano was the third and final project of my first year at Isart Digital, where I crafted a unique One-Button Game inspired by the mechanics of Flappy Bird (gravity and continuous movement).
The core gameplay centers on controlling a molecule navigating a laboratory environment, growing by merging with other molecules and shrinking when hitting obstacles until it vanishes.
As a solo project, I took full ownership of developing the gameplay systems, designing the user interface, creating the pixel art graphics, and sourcing royalty-free sounds to complement the game’s retro aesthetic.
This experience taught me valuable lessons in integrating diverse elements into a cohesive gameplay loop while working independently from concept to completion.
