I.Bunny was the very first game I developed and marked the first major project of my studies. The goal was to create a classic Shoot'em Up that adhered to a detailed Game Design Document while adding a unique gameplay twist (”special feature”). I chose to implement a mechanic allowing players to control two ships, switching between them dynamically to enhance strategic play.
This project was a foundational learning experience where I grasped the principles of object-oriented programming and honed skills in integrating graphical and audio assets created by other students.
Notably, the assets were developed independently by peers without cross-discipline communication, so this project effectively became a solo development challenge during implementation.
