Chaos Cuisine was the final project of my second year at Isart Digital, created in collaboration with Gameplay Programmers and Game Designers.
This experience was particularly insightful as it highlighted the contrast between hands-on game design executed by Gameplay Programmers and the more theoretical knowledge possessed by Game Designers, deepening my appreciation for interdisciplinary collaboration.
My primary responsibility was programming the client-server communication, an essential component for storing and synchronizing game data. I also implemented in-app purchases (IAP) using Unity’s built-in plugin, enabling monetization within the game. Alongside these core tasks, I contributed to developing various UI elements and gameplay features, supporting the overall player experience and system stability.
This project strengthened my skills in network / database programming and integration of monetization systems within Unity, while reinforcing the importance of collaborative development between design and programming teams.
